2.What data we process

Like every website, our web server automatically records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type.

We use these server logs only to keep the website secure and to fix technical problems (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). They are not shared with anyone for marketing purposes and are deleted automatically after a limited period.

3.Contacting us

If you email us, we process your name, email address and message only to answer you and to handle your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), or Art. 6(1)(b) if your request relates to a contract). We keep these emails only as long as needed, and delete them no later than 12 months after our conversation ends.

4.Cookies and service providers

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. All fonts, scripts and other resources are served from our own server, not from third parties such as Google.

We use Cloudflare, Inc. to deliver and protect the website and to forward emails sent to our address. Cloudflare acts as our data processor and may handle your IP address and email for these purposes only, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5.Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) (www.dataprotection.ro), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
